Kimberly M. Ball is a licensed attorney practicing law in the Second Department Appellate Division of the State of New York and in the Eastern District Federal Courts. Admitted to NYS Bar in 2022 and Eastern District Federal Courts in 2023, Ms. Ball practices in district court, supreme court, family court and the appellate courts. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob Fuchsberg School of Law and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy from Dowling College. Additionally, she completed the Paralegal Studies Program at Suffolk Community College, where she is still a board member on the Paralegal Advisory which handles their American Bar Association approval.
Kimberly was the recipient of several awards while in law school, including: Exemplary Contributions to the Growth of the Law Center; Exceptional Contributions to the Trial Advocacy Practice Honor Society Award; and Pro Bono Service Award. She also received the CALI Award for Professional Responsibility and in Contracts.

Kimberly has been actively involved in various community activities and currently serves as Private Counsel for New Hour Women & Children, a pro bono foundation which assists women and children who have been justice impacted. Kimberly is extremely dedicated to ensuring justice is served for all and is served equally. She prides herself on making an impact and ensuring her clients rights are protected and they are fairly treated.
Kimberly is a proud mother of 3 children: Justin – owner of an electric company based in Suffolk County; Khayla – current Nursing Student; and Christian, her future paleontologist who also plays Lacrosse, baseball, and soccer. She loves being a Nana to her 3 little grandboys: Hades, Justin Jr., and Azazel. She also has two dogs, Nala & Rexi who keep her just as busy.
